1.Delivery!

Deliveries are made only within Romania.

Delivery will be made to the address you provided within 3 working days from the order’s completion. On special promotion days or during unfavorable weather conditions, the delivery time may extend, but no more than 5 days.

For certain products, this period may be extended depending on stock availability.

All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting Monday.

Products are transported in optimal conditions and will be delivered along with the invoice and warranty certificate (for electrical appliances).

Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging and ensure the presence of the warranty certificate (where applicable) and the invoice.

Products are sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging and are insured throughout the transportation until delivery.

Products are delivered within the available stock limits at the date of order confirmation/acceptance.

2. Returns!

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website, under safe conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained below to understand the requirements applicable to your situation while following the correct procedure.

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, please let us know. Our return and refund policy allows a maximum of 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the purchase.

After the 14-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to check the products upon receiving the packages and to verify their order within the first 14 days after purchase to ensure they meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be in their original, unopened packaging, including accessories, tags, free gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation provided with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based on your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs billed).

3. Returns are not accepted and requests will not be processed for:

  • Products that have been opened
  • Products that have been tested/used
  • Products with broken or removed seals or labels
  • Products purchased from other stores
  • Products not accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Products with damaged packaging of any kind

These measures are specific to cosmetic products since their expiration date begins from the first opening, and once used/tested, there is a risk of bacterial transfer upon handing the product over to another person.

Products must be returned in the original packaging, with the invoice attached, and must be in the exact condition in which they were received by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a return only after the products have been inspected and found not to meet the return conditions. In this case, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the return is resolved by refunding the product's value, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the account you specify in the return request, within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the products. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and paid in advance unless the product is damaged upon receipt, or you receive a product other than the one you ordered, in which case the shipping cost is covered by us.

We do not accept packages with cash on delivery or from unidentified senders. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We do not collect packages from the Romanian Post or any other post office.

4. Reduced Value of Returned Goods (According to O.U.G. No. 34/2014 Art. 14, Paragraph 3)

Since, in the case of distance selling, the consumer cannot inspect the goods before concluding the contract, they have the right to withdraw. For this reason, consumers are allowed to test and inspect the goods they have purchased to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

To determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods, the consumer must handle and inspect them in the same way they would be allowed to do in a physical store. For example: the consumer should only try on a shoe, not wear it on different occasions / the consumer should test if a product works, not use it for a prolonged period. The consumer should handle and inspect the goods with the necessary care.

You are only responsible for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, qualities, and functionality of the goods.

Accepted handling actions for determining the nature, quality, and functionality of goods include: unpacking without destroying or damaging the original packaging, following unpacking instructions (where the manufacturer indicates handling methods) without damaging the packaging, product, or accessories;

visual, tactile, and olfactory inspection (when not violating the provisions below) of the products;

If a consumer exercises their right of withdrawal after using the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods.

Unacceptable actions that lead to a reduction in the value of the returned product or the loss of the right to withdraw include tearing or damaging the original packaging (the original packaging is an integral part of the product);

scratching, staining, impregnation of products with external substances, tearing;

Therefore, when returning a product, you are obliged to return it with the original packaging intact, protected by plastic stretch wrap or in a cardboard box (without labels stuck on it, without cuts, tears, etc.) and together with all its accessories.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. If the returned item shows a damaged or incomplete original packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, the consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods. Before returning the product, please protect the original packaging with plastic stretch wrap or a cardboard box. Do not cut the original packaging and do not apply labels or tape to it.

The value of used products, with signs of wear (stains, scratches, bends, cracks, dents, etc.), will be accepted for return only after being restored to conformity, involving the cost of sanitizing, cosmetic repair, and reconditioning to a commercial form for sale as a Reconditioned product. The final value is determined based on the cost of reconditioning labor or as the difference between the initial value of the new product and the resale value of the used product.

The value of products with damaged original packaging (crumpled and/or torn and/or cut and/or perforated and/or wet and/or with traces of labels, tape, pen, marker, etc.) is reduced by the cost of restoring to conformity.

Any alteration of the products or damage to their original packaging, making it impossible to sell them as new, will automatically subject the return procedure to reconditioning fees to restore the products to the state in which they were delivered.

Deductions apply between 10%-90% of the initial product value. The reduction fee will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the modified products.

The returned product must be accompanied by the original invoice, if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, except for those issued in electronic format.

If the returned products were accompanied by any bonuses/gifts, they must also be returned. Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
