Product Description and Availability
The products presented on jojocosmetics.ro are intended for personal or professional use, as applicable, and are delivered within the limits of available stock. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are displayed in RON and include VAT. The final price paid by the client includes the product cost and, if applicable, shipping costs, as shown at checkout. SC NAIL ART STUDIO JOJO SRL does not charge any additional hidden fees. Payment can be made through accepted payment methods via the Stripe payment processor with a debit card or cash on delivery.
Delivery Policy
Order deliveries are made within 3 to 7 working days to the address provided by you, depending on the chosen delivery method and product availability. Delivery time may be extended up to 15 days during special promotions or adverse weather conditions.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed starting from Monday.
Products are transported in optimal conditions and are delivered along with the invoice and warranty certificate (for electrical appliances).
Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of purchase documents.

Return Policy
You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without giving a reason. To be eligible, products must be in their original, undamaged packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by an invoice and warranty certificate, if applicable.
We do not accept returns for products that are opened, used, have broken seals or missing purchase documents.
Refunds are made by bank transfer to the specified account within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the returned products, excluding the initial shipping fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt or an incorrect product is received.

Product Warranty
All products sold by SC NAIL ART STUDIO JOJO SRL benefit from warranty conditions compliant with current legislation.
- Cosmetic Products: According to Romanian legislation, cosmetic and personal care products are not covered by warranty but have an expiration date indicated on the packaging. Users are encouraged to check the expiration date and follow storage and usage recommendations. Once opened, these products should be used within the specified validity period on the packaging.
- Beauty Appliances and Tools: Electrical/electronic beauty appliances and tools (e.g., hair dryers, styling tools) are covered by a legal conformity warranty of 24 months for consumers (individuals) and 12 months for legal entities. In case of a manufacturing defect, customers are entitled to repair or replacement under applicable laws. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by inadequate handling.
To benefit from the warranty, you must retain the purchase invoice and, if applicable, the warranty certificate included in the package. The warranty does not apply without these documents.
